Vario-Guard, Mini-Guard, Guard-Vox & Duo-Rail
Vario-Guard
The flexible crash barrier system called “Vario-Guard” serves as a temporary element for the protection of our roads and motorways. It is ideally suitable for securing roadworks and for protection in the event of oncoming traffic.
Equipped with reflectors, this system is permanently visible, both day and night, and is perfectly suitable for traffic management.
The system can be screwed in or equipped with quick connectors.
Since the panels are only slotted together during assembly. This enables a cost reduction by half, as the screwing together of the individual elements is no longer necessary.
Mini-Guard
This system is the easier variant of roadworks protection. With a height of 505 mm, a width of 500 mm and a weight of 40kg/m, this system simplifies transport and on-site assembly. The system is highly suitable for urban applications.
Furthermore, the assembly is subject to the statutory requirements of the EU standard N°EN-1317-2 and achieves containment level T3.
Guard-Vox
The Guard-Vox system also serves for traffic protection at roadworks. Due to its slim width, the Guard-Vox is well suitable for use in confined spaces.
We can offer you various models (Guard-Vox 600, 800 and 1200) with different sizes and containment levels.
Duo-Rail
The Duo-Rail system interconnects various containment levels, even if they are categorised into different classes such as e.g.: K, Ka and KAB.
Duo-Rail K has a height of 538 mm and a width of 608 mm. The containment level can be T1/W2, T2/W3 or T3/W4.
Duo-Rail KA has a double superstructure and thus a height of 818 mm at the same width of 608 mm. The containment level is H1/W6.
Duo-Rail KAB also comprises a double superstructure, but is made of concrete. The dimensions are the same as the Duo-Rail KA, whereby the weight is higher due to the concrete. With the equipment stated, the containment level H2/W7 is achieved.
All systems do not require floor fastening and can be quickly and easily assembled due to their slotted system.
